Safety Equipment

We take your safety seriously and take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.

We want our clients to have fun and feel comfortable during their lessons, and strongly advise all of our students wear full safety equipment, including: helmet, elbow pads and knee pads at all times during our lessons.

If you do not have safety equipment, we can provide a full set of safety equipment free of charge.

Accident Liability


Skates & Ladders Limited will not accept any liability for any incidents or injuries you encounter during your lesson or when practising the techniques taught during your lesson, nor are we required to provide any form of compensation.

You take part in our lessons at your own risk and therefore accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the lesson.

Payments


All payment must be received prior to lessons; we cannot send out an instructor if payment has not been received.

Cancellation Policy


You must give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked lesson. Failure to do so will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that lesson.

Wet Weather


Our cancellation policy does apply to wet weather conditions as we do conduct lessons in wet weather. If you would prefer not to have a lesson in wet weather, we recommend setting a back-up sheltered location at the time of booking. If you do not know your nearest sheltered location, please contact us and we would be glad to help you.
